How often do you listen to podcasts (2nd part)

Здравствуй.
Что ты делаешь, когда едешь в автобусе в университет или убираешься дома? Я заставляю себя слушать подкаст или смотрю какое-нибудь интервью. На английском это сложновато, если я что-то делаю (занимаюсь на тренировке, например), потому что сильно не фокусируюсь на речи. У меня получается слушать такие эпизоды, когда сижу и слушаю целенаправленно. Это важно, потому что развивается внимательность и память. А ещё важно то, чтобы слушалось именно то, что приятно (это зависит от голоса, музыки, стиля видео). Это трудно.
В этом письме мне хочется поделиться с тобой с несколькими подкастами. Помнишь, я уже делилась1 с тобой одним таким. Вот его я слушаю каждую пятницу. Обожаю. 40 минут — а я узнаю больше о том, чем жили мои предки2: какое значение имели сны3, как нужно правильно родить ребёнка и что сделать, чтобы усопший4 смог спокойно уйти. Многое уже забылось в нашей современной жизни, но подсознательно5 мы мыслим всё также.
So here I’d love to share with you another portion of podcasts.
В белом кубе — I believe it is for those who feel they want to test their hearing skills at C1-C2 level due to some background noise and fancy (yet simple) words.
The podcast is for contemporary art lovers. You may learn from the artists, architectors, curators, actors etc. about something that is usually going on behind the scenes. How the art exhibitions are organized and conducted, how to read art and write about it.
Вещание ягнят — the title comes from the film title “The Silence of the Lambs” (1991). However вещание (noun) and вещать (verb) are about broadcasting. So, guess an English translation6.
The podcast is hosted by a married couple in a calm and reassuring atmosphere. They talk about films and series which they watched and, sometimes, they invite guests. The thing is they speak in plain Russian, so even an A2 level learner can comprehend the idea.Дом с огнём — No idea whetehr they discussed a phrase that comes from the stories about Diogenes and how he was searching for a (honest) man with fire even in daytime. So when you cannot find a thing you say “I cannot find her in the aftermoon with fire” — Её днём с огнём не сыщешь. However here, it is “дом” which means “a house.” So, the house with fire… what should we expect?
The host talks about домашних делах и обязанностях7, о быте и уюте8, которые могут идти рука об руку9. Expect some special juicy vocabulary — for B1 and B2 levels at least.
So, try to listen to one episode from each podcast. Don’t be discouraged by the speech speed — your hearing ability will adjust. Trust yourself.

1) a conjuction that can be used 1. when you want to compare one with another (это яблоко лежит на столе дальше, чем другое) or 2. when you want to add information considering what things helped you to do something. In this sentence I used the second option. And because we use some things that helps us, these are called as tools or instruments — the conjunction refers to the Instrumental case. But in the sentence I ommited the instruments using the conjunction. Instead I also could use “как жили” — how <they> lived.

4) ancestors, an ancestor — предок.
сны — dreams (in plural), сон — singular
усопший (if it was a female then усопшая) — a church word meaning “a deceased”
subconsciously, if you drop the prefix — сознательно — then you want to say something was done deliberately
